In order for the student to learn more effectively the instructor is sharing his screen on skype and shows various images, audio or video files.

Number of sessions is individual preference and it usually takes about 5 sessions over five or more weeks (once a week) for a beginner to receive and learn the psionic development methods.

If one is training persistently every day and follows exactly the given instructions, among many other things, he/she will be able to achieve remote viewing and out of body travel from 1-3 months.

Time required for daily training is 1 – 1.5 hours.
